AUFV Specialist Practitioner - Virtual Project Team | Full-Time Contract

Tradewind Australia, the leading recruitment agency in Community Services, is seeking an experienced AUFV Practitioner to join our Virtual Project Team (VPT). This is a full-time contract commencing ASAP and running until mid-January, with a strong likelihood of extension due to current team capacity.

Please note: While extensions within the VPT are common, they are not guaranteed and are typically confirmed closer to the contract end date.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

  • Deliver specialist risk assessment, safety planning and intervention for Adults Using Family Violence (AUFV)

  • Work within an integrated, trauma-informed virtual service model

  • Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective responses

  • Manage complex presentations and provide specialist advice within the virtual environment

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working specifically with Adults Using Family Violence (AUFV)

  • AUFV Orange Door experience is mandatory - applications without this will not be considered

  • Ability to work full-time for the duration of the contract

  • Strong understanding of MARAM, family violence frameworks and system responses

  • Confidence working independently in a virtual setting

  • SCHADS Level 6 (Senior Practitioner)
