AUFV Specialist Practitioner - Virtual Project Team | Full-Time Contract
Tradewind Australia, the leading recruitment agency in Community Services, is seeking an experienced AUFV Practitioner to join our Virtual Project Team (VPT). This is a full-time contract commencing ASAP and running until mid-January, with a strong likelihood of extension due to current team capacity.
Please note: While extensions within the VPT are common, they are not guaranteed and are typically confirmed closer to the contract end date.
About the Role
In this position, you will:
Deliver specialist risk assessment, safety planning and intervention for Adults Using Family Violence (AUFV)
Work within an integrated, trauma-informed virtual service model
Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective responses
Manage complex presentations and provide specialist advice within the virtual environment
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years' experience working specifically with Adults Using Family Violence (AUFV)
AUFV Orange Door experience is mandatory - applications without this will not be considered
Ability to work full-time for the duration of the contract
Strong understanding of MARAM, family violence frameworks and system responses
Confidence working independently in a virtual setting
