We're seeking experienced Practitioners with The Orange Door (TOD) experience to step into well-supported roles and make an immediate impact. If you're looking for flexible, meaningful work over the coming months, this is a great opportunity to stay engaged in the sector.
π The Role
Hours: 0.8 EFT to Full-Time
Contract length: Short-term contracts available (approx. through to January)
Location: Fully remote / Work From Home
Pay rate: $63-$72 per hour + super
π©βπΌπ¨βπΌ What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must have:
A minimum of 12 months' experience working within The Orange Door
(All streams considered - Family Violence, Child Wellbeing, or AUFV)Strong working knowledge of The Orange Door framework, systems, and processes
Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, safety planning, and referral pathways
Confidence working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
