Location: Offices available in Beenleigh, Capalaba, Ipswich, Spring Hill, Bundaberg, or Manunda
Employment Type: Full-time | 3-Month Contract (Locum)

Tradewind Australia is partnering with a well-established community services provider to recruit an experienced Workforce Operations Administrator for a 3-month locum contract. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role suited to a strong administrator who thrives under pressure and can confidently manage competing priorities.

About the Role
As the Workforce Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely data entry and admin suport, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery across disability and community programs.

You'll manage high-volume inbox traffic (300-400 emails daily), quickly and efficiently respond to urgent admin requests, and support other administration functions, like data entry, as required. This role is critical to keeping services running smoothly and supporting frontline teams.

This is an office-based role working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, during peak operational hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high-volume rostering inbox and flag and direct urgent workforce matters
* Maintain accurate data entry within rostering systems
* Liaise with managers and case teams to ensure workforce coverage aligns with client needs
* Respond to employee roster enquiries in a timely and professional manner

What You'll Bring

Essential
* Strong administrative background, ideally within rostering or workforce coordination
* Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
* Confidence managing competing priorities and time-sensitive tasks
* Strong computer literacy and rostering system experience
* Current driver's licence
* Working with Children Check and relevant screening checks

Desirable
* Experience within disability, community services or NDIS environments
* Prior experience auditing timesheets or supporting payroll processes
