Tradewind Referral Program – Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Tradewind Australia Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are legally permitted to work in Australia.
1.2 Referrers do not need to be registered candidates with Tradewind Australia to participate, but referred individuals ("Referees") must meet the criteria outlined below.
2. How to Participate
2.1 A valid referral occurs when an individual submits the full name and contact details of a friend or acquaintance via the official referral form on Tradewind Australia's website or designated platform.
2.2 The referral must be submitted prior to the referee registering with Tradewind Australia.
2.3 Only referrals made from the Program start date 1st January 2025 onward are eligible.
3. Referral Reward
3.1 The Referrer will receive a $200 gift voucher (as determined by Tradewind Australia) only when either of the following conditions are met by the referred individual:
Permanent Placement: The Referee is successfully placed in a permanent job through Tradewind Australia and completes a minimum four-week probation period in the role; or
Casual Shifts: The Referee is placed in a casual/contract role through Tradewind Australia and completes a total of 10 full working days/shifts within a 6-month period.
3.2 The Referrer will be contacted by Tradewind Australia to organise the delivery of the reward once the relevant placement or shift completion condition has been verified.
4. Conditions
4.1 Referrals are only valid if the referee is new to Tradewind Australia and has not been previously registered, active, or in contact with Tradewind Australia within the past 24 months.
4.2 A maximum of one reward will be issued per referee. If multiple referrers refer the same person, the reward will be issued to the first eligible referrer, determined at Tradewind Australia’s discretion.
4.3 Referrers may refer multiple people and receive multiple rewards, provided all eligibility and reward criteria are met for each referral.
4.4 Voucher types and brands are subject to availability and may change without notice.
5. Exclusions
5.1 This Program is not open to employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Tradewind Australia.
5.2 No cash alternative will be offered. Vouchers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. General
6.1 Tradewind Australia reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without notice.
6.2 Any misuse or suspected fraudulent activity relating to the Program may result in disqualification from participation.
6.3 Decisions made by Tradewind Australia in relation to eligibility, reward allocation, and interpretation of these terms are final.
7. Privacy
7.1 Personal information collected as part of this Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988.
7.2 By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the person you are referring to share their contact details with Tradewind Australia.
