Ongoing Professional Development

To help you develop in your CRT roles as well as meet VIT’s training requirements, we have designed a Professional Development program to set you up for success. This is conducted during school holidays and in the evenings so it’s convenient for our working teachers.

We have two former school Principals on staff who assist with the creation and delivery of our professional development. They also provide mentoring and support to our teachers through classroom observation and over the phone, giving you access to experienced education professionals who understand the realities of working in schools today.

Tradewind also offers regular professional development opportunities specifically designed for CRTs and education support staff, including weekly webinars hosted by our experienced Principal Mentors.

Our webinars cover practical topics that teachers face in the classroom and school environment, with strategies, advice and ideas you can put into practice straight away.
