Job Description
Tradewind Australia is partnering with a leading independent school network to recruit a passionate Secondary Business Studies Teacher for a full-time, permanent position commencing Term 1 2026.
This opportunity can be based at a campus in Sydney (Oatlands area) or Illawarra, offering flexibility within a highly supportive and innovative school environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Business Management lessons aligned with the New south Wales Curriculum
* Create a classroom culture that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving and real-world application
* Provide timely, constructive assessment and feedback to support student progress
* Contribute to curriculum development within the Business faculty
* Participate actively in the broader life of the campus and school community
Prerequisites
Formal qualifications in Education
Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)
Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)
Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references
