Director of Sport
Salary: $100,000 - $129,000 Full time, ongoing
About the Role
The Director of Sport provides strategic leadership and oversight of all sporting programs. The role is responsible for driving continuous improvement across all areas of sport, fostering both excellence in performance and broad student participation. The Director of Sport actively promotes inclusive engagement while creating pathways to elevate standards and maximise achievement across the student body.
There is currently no teaching component in this role. Teaching or Non Teaching applicants will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Oversight of ACC sports management and coordination of all related activitie
Management of non-ACC sporting programs, including House Carnivals and other internal events
Leadership and support of the Teacher in Charge of Sport
Coordination of the High Performance Program and Sports Academy initiatives
Delivery and development of the ACC Performance elective
Supervision, mentoring, and coordination of sports staff
Budget planning and financial management for all sporting programs
You will have:
- Full working rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
- VIT registration or Working With Children and Police Check
- Relevant coaching accreditation
- Experience in sports management/coordination
- Current First Aid certification (preferred)
- Experience within a Catholic education environment (desirable)
