Wellness and WHS Lead - Brisbane
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Wellness and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Lead to champion our national injury management and wellbeing strategy. You'll play a key part in supporting the staff who care for vulnerable young people.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree in WHS, injury management or a related field
- Rehab & Return to Work Coordinator certification (required)
- Strong working knowledge of workers' compensation legislation across Australia
- Proven ability to deliver successful injury management and wellness programs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching, and communication skills
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in residential care or not-for-profit sectors
- Understanding of Child Protection frameworks
